PeptideIQ ("PeptideIQ," "we," "us," or "our") provides a peptide tracking application and related website. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the PeptideIQ iOS app, visit peptideiq.io, join our waitlist, or contact us.

PeptideIQ is a tracking and educational tool, not a healthcare provider. Please do not use the service for emergencies or as a replacement for professional medical advice.

Information we collect

Account and contact information. If you create an account, we may collect your email address, display name, account identifier, authentication information, and support communications.

Profile information. You may provide goals, experience level, referral source, unit preferences, time zone, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and similar profile details.

Health, wellness, and tracking information. Depending on the features you use, this may include peptide protocols and schedules, dose history, injection sites, notes, side effects and severity, check-ins such as energy, mood, sleep, weight and goal metrics, fasting information, vial inventory and storage details, vendor or batch information, and supplements.

Device and usage information. We and our service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, pages or features used, timestamps, diagnostics, and security logs. The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed to operate and understand the site.

Purchase information. If you start a trial or purchase PeptideIQ Pro through Apple, we receive subscription status, product, transaction, renewal, and entitlement information needed to provide and restore paid features. Apple processes your payment details; PeptideIQ does not receive your full card or bank-account number.

Waitlist information. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Our website uses Formspree to process waitlist submissions.

Guest mode and account sync

You may use certain app features in guest mode. Guest-mode information is stored on your device unless you choose to create or use an account and sync it. When you use an account, relevant profile and tracking information is transmitted to and stored by our cloud service provider so it can be restored and synchronized. Deleting the app generally removes device-only guest information, subject to your device backups and operating-system behavior.

How we use information

Provide, personalize, synchronize, and maintain the service.
Authenticate accounts and protect the service from misuse.
Send requested reminders and service-related communications.
Respond to support requests and administer the waitlist.
Understand performance and improve features and usability.
Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use health or wellness information for targeted advertising. The current iOS app does not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information in these limited circumstances:

Service providers. Vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, cloud storage, waitlist forms, website analytics, security, and support. The app currently uses Supabase for account and cloud-data services and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement, purchase-history, and subscription analytics. Apple processes App Store purchases. The website uses Formspree for waitlist submissions. Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity may be enabled on the website when configured.
Legal and safety. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful process, or government requests; protect rights, property, or safety; or investigate abuse and security incidents.
Business changes. In connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
With your direction. When you ask us or consent to share information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods may differ by data type. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or security logs.

You can delete your account from the app's Settings screen. Account deletion removes the account and associated cloud and on-device app data. Deleting a PeptideIQ account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions can be managed in your Apple account settings. Device-only guest data can be removed by deleting the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification.

Your choices and privacy rights

Update profile and tracking information within the app.
Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Use available guest features without creating an account.
Delete your account from the app.
Contact us to exercise privacy rights available where you live, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children

PeptideIQ is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Third-party links and policy changes

The service may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required by law.
